TRIP DETAILS:
The Essence Festival, known as "the party with a purpose", is an annual music festival which started in 1995 as a one-time event to celebrate the 31st anniversary of Essence, a magazine aimed primarily towards African-American women. It is the largest event celebrating African-American culture and music in the United States.Locally referred to as the Essence Fest, it has been held in New Orleans,Louisiana since 1994 except for 2006, when it was held in Houston,Texas due to Hurricane Katrina's effect on New Orleans. This festival offers free Empowerment Seminars, during the day at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, exciting music performances at night at the Mercedes Benz Superdome and also features artists simultaneously performing on a main stage as well.

Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Michelle’s World Travel & Cruises. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payments
1.1 All reservations require a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit amount varies by trip and will be specified during the booking process.
1.2 The remaining balance must be paid in full by the specified due date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit.
1.3 All payments to Michelle’s World Travel & Cruises, Inc. are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 All payments made to Michelle’s World Travel & Cruises, Inc. are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is due to our contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors, which do not permit refunds.
2.2 In the event of a cancellation by Michelle’s World Travel & Cruises, Inc., a full refund or alternative travel arrangements will be provided.
3. Travel Insurance
3.1 We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
3.2 Michelle’s World Travel & Cruises, Inc. is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to the lack of travel insurance.
4. Travel Documents
4.1 It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and identification.
4.2 Michelle’s World Travel & Cruises, Inc. will not be held responsible for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.
5. Health and Safety
5.1 Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health to travel and participate in all planned activities.
5.2 Any health conditions or dietary restrictions must be communicated to Michelle’s World Travel & Cruises, Inc. at the time of booking.
6. Liability
6.1 Michelle’s World Travel & Cruises, Inc. acts as an agent for the suppliers of transportation, accommodation, and other services. We are not responsible for any acts, errors, omissions, or defaults of any supplier.
6.2 Michelle’s World Travel & Cruises, Inc. shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by any third-party providers or by force majeure events.
7. Code of Conduct
7.1 All travelers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner throughout the trip.
7.2 Michelle’s World Travel & Cruises, Inc. reserves the right to remove any traveler from a trip for disruptive or inappropriate behavior, without refund.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
8.1 Michelle’s World Travel & Cruises, Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
